I'm thinking about buying this AIW 9600XT but I don't know if this one fit me best or go with the separate video and capture card

I'd go separate, unless you don't mind staying behind the product technology curve

My own personal experience with an 8500DV was semi-decent, because in addition to TV tuner, VIVO, it also offered DV connectivity. But owning it made me resistant to buying a newer/faster card to the point my nice Athlon 2500XP system still uses that card! Even a (dirt cheap) 9200, a (FAR) Fireware PCI card and a separate Hauppauge Video capture/TV Tuner card would greatly exceed its performance And now newer ATI AIW cards are tempting me again Must resist.

Nice. Great video card. I have the non "All in wonder" version and I can still play any game I throw at it at high rez.

Great card for a great price. I have the retail BB ATI version from CompUSA at 149 AR from a month ago and running games at high res with barely any visible slow down. I know there maybe better cards in terms of speed, but when you combine it with the AIW features its a great value (9700 AIW Pro might be better value for $150 if you can find one and one at that price)

Everytime I see your posts on video cards it makes me realize you failed hooked on phonics. You seem to miss what ALL IN WONDER means. EVERY TIME. 9800PRO != AIW. And even if it were an AIW 9800PRO, it would FAR exceed this price. Hell, show me a 9800PRO NON-AIW for $129 even. I think the people that Neffing the tread are doing it so people don't buy the card so they can get one too. LOL That was on sale down here in South Cal last weekend and I didn't see a post on it. Its a great card but the oem doesn't come with the remote. Well I think its a great deal anyways

not bad but this card is OEM, it may not come with the accessories.. I recently purchased one form newegg and it's been a nightmare locating the VGA dongle

I am running this card right now... I really like it, I watch movies on my old 21in monitor, or game on it in a window while chatting browsing, etc. with the other monitor, not to mention video editing, etc. A good, reliable card, and the price is good if it has all the accessories
