I actually added two sets (18.00 each) and when I proceeded to the final page it gave me the free super saver shipping and took off the 18.00 for the other set. It is BOGO free. it's just worded poorly as the OP stated.

Macy's has Kenneth Cole, Gold Toe socks etc for 1.99 ( reg $10). I was there today and loaded up.

Had to place two separate orders as their system would not give the correct price when I added four sets of socks into the cart. It knocked off the cost of one set but was going to charge me for three. Split into two orders and it worked perfectly for both.

Folks may want to check your orders.
I was looking at my orders on Amazon today and the total for this one had changed from the $18 that I have on my order conformation from 4/12/08 to $36.
I contacted Amazon about this and they told me they had no record of this promo. I told them I had a conformation email showing the promo discount applied to the grand total.
I'm now waiting for a call from their sales department sooo outcome pending.

first time quoting myself, but anyways, I went to Target last weekend and low and behold, they got 10xpair/pack sport type socks that has exact same spec as the gold toes for $6.99 on sale. I was like man that's cheap, so bought a pack, came home, checked Amazon who apprantly has my order on back-order. So I promptly canceled it. Been wearing these for 2 days, very comfy.
