Lol. I love Hightower, and played him in previous games, but I didn't think he would do too well that day. I wish I played Stewart - over 30 fantasy points that day. Ah well, I still won my matchup, so I'm happy

I missed this. Good point, as both as worth starting.

I got four WR on my roster right, Larry Fitzgerald @ NYG, Roddy White @ CAR, and two mentioned above, Calvin Johnson at TB and Randy Moss at MI.

I was able to snag Ward off the waivers to cover for Jacobs. They are still wishy washy on if BJ will play against AZ. I just hope it's not some lame last minute call or they make him suit up and only do a couple goal line runs hawking TD's.

My RB situation is kind of shaky right now. BJ has a banged up knee. Hightower hasn't showed up the last two weeks and is probably done in fantasy value. Graham is out for the season. Benson & Kevin Smith have brutal schedules the next couple weeks. And who knows when Larry Johnson will sniff the end zone again.

I'm starting Moore this week too. I think he will continue to put up big points this year since none of the other Saints receivers have really done well. The only person that will take some touches away from him will be Bush if and when he comes back.

Uhg. Do I start Ward or Jacobs? This is like the worse possible combination that it could be. Jacobs is "probable" and even if he does play it probably won't be much short of a few goal line carries. Ward does the work and collects the yards, Jacobs hawks the TD's.

Yuck.

Well it proves to be an irrelevant decision.... I have a huge lead going into tonights game, and my opponent is all used up.

Clinched up a playoff spot this week... now it's time to tighten up my roster.

Question marks are:
Jay Cutler... should I pick up Orton or Pennington as backups in case Cutler decides to toss his season into the shitter?

Owen Daniels.... is he going to come around, or should I pickup Kevin Boss in case Manning decides the Boss should explode to finish the year

Carolina... with Baltimore being my primary defense... does anyone see any occasion in the weeks ahead where I would start Carolina over Baltimore.... I don't... so I'm thinking of dropping them for one of the above options.

Cadillac Williams.... is he worth holding a roster spot at this point? Would I be better off picking up Leon Washington to handcuff to my man T Jones?

Rodgers, GB's secondary forces a lot of turnovers and Brees is just gonna be slingin it although I anticipate a lot of checkdowns to get Reggie Bush back in it

You have to consider this, Broncos only have a 2 game lead over the Chargers. I would cut Pennington out of the mix because Camarillo is out for the season and although Ted Ginn Jr looks pretty decent as a receiver, I just don't trust that duo yet. Broncos will be playing for the playoffs the entire season and although they have a slightly more difficult schedule than the Bears, I would take Cutler over Orton. Mainly because Cutler will rack up the yards and with Brandon Marshall/Eddie Royal/Tony Scheffler vs Marty Booker/Desmond Clark/Devin Hester, which receiving group looks more promising...And not to mention the Broncos/Chargers game in Week 17 could very much decide who wins the division and the Chargers are terrible (32nd I believe) against the pass...

I would keep Daniels, Sage Rosenfals can air it out pretty good and so can Schaub when he comes back Daniels is an easy target for both QBs.

This really is a week to week thing. For Week 13, Carolina at Green Bay = no thank you, it's probably gonna be snowing and the Packers thrive at home especially in terrible weather conditions, while Baltimore is at Cincinnati. For Week 14, it's really a tossup Jeff Garcia and TB @ Car (remember he had like 3 turnovers against Detroit), vs Washington @ Bal (banged up Clinton Portis but turnovers are rare for Jason Campbell). For Week 15, Denver @ Carolina (again I think Denver is gonna be desperate and playing for their season) or Pittsburgh @ Bal (Ben is prone to Sacks and turnovers so I'd probably start Bal here) and so on so forth...

I don't think Cadillac Williams is worth a roster spot, Bucs are most likely fighting for playoff berths right now (they're actually in first place as of right now, but i don't see that continuing much longer and they'll probably fight for wildcard). They gotta go with what works and I think that's Warrick Dunn while maybe spelling Cadillac a couple of times but I don't anticipate any big games upcoming for him.

He might get points for completed passes and bonus points for every 100 extra yards that he throws for.

My plan is to drop Cadillac and Carolina and try to land Leon Washington and Boss... I'm going lay my bets on Cutler and ride him to the end one way or the other.

We'll see how the waivers process though.

how does ur scoring work

We get 1 point per 25 yards passed, 6 points TD's, 1 point per 10 yards rushed, 1 point per completion, 0 points per attempt.
