Woburn had about 5 ultimate and business, and a whole lot of Home Premium in stock at 40% off.

do you guys think the price of these will drop after 6~12 months? more than 40%? I don't see much momentum in popularity yet, don't want to get it unless necessary.

according to ms, it will cost $140 but does'nt say anything about a vista biz upgrade being eligible to be upgraded to ultimate.

Since the price of Windows XP has remained relatively steady as long as I can remember (even now), I don't expect you will ever see real steep discounts on Vista even a year or two from now. Until there's a commercially viable competitor to Microsoft in the X86 desktop operating system market there's no reason for them to cut prices.
