Allofmp3's prices are close to what you should be paying for a CD anyway. If only their coverage was better; why don't they have the first Lostprophets album, or the newest Gravity Kills?
I hear tell they're implimenting support for FLAC. Anybody seen/heard/done anything relating to that? With their prices as low as they are I could probably download all my music at 100% quality with FLAC or Ogg Vorbis and still pay under $5 per album.
Buickbeast: ROMS gets fees from Allofmp3, which in turn go to the artists from which ROMS secures permission. The RIAA's claim is that Allofmp3 is illegal only because 1) the money doesn't go to the producers and record labels, and 2) the producers and record labels weren't asked for permission. My conscience(sp?) is clear; the artists get money, the moneygrubbing suits get cut out of the loop. Works for me.
