For me, it was immediately.

Now you should be able to log in, then click on 'my balance' to see how much credits you have.

There is nothing unusual about this particular statement. Pretty much every piece of "Terms & Condition" type document that I have read has a clause like this somewhere that effectively says "these are our rules based on where we are located; the end user for whom the terms are meant is ultimately responsible for using the product/sevice according to the laws where they are located"

On the PayPal issue, I deposited $10.00 last night and within a few minutes the payment as well as the credit appeared on my account. If you are not seeing the credit, loggin out and back in may help.

I do see the issue with PayPal. Good that I deposited some money just yesterday, so I have enough funds to last me for a couple weeks

Stealing directly is cheaper, but I use this site for other reasons. The quality is great, I think its worth it just to have mp3s that I know are going to be good. It saves me a lot of time using this site also, and they have a lot of cds, tons! I dl stuff on this site I know I wouldnt have an easy time finding somewhere else.

Oh yea, another thing about this site. If you pay with cc and it says failed, call your credit card company. I called up mine because after I tried paying on this site, my card didn't work anymore ! They told me they stopped it because I tried buying something from russia, but i told them it was me and everything was good, they just had to verify it.
