Cashews if I'm eating raw. Cashew chicken is good. But almonds are great sauteed with garlic and mushrooms in olive oil, and mixed in with Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice. Pour mixture over some seasoned thick butterfly pork chops, bake until done, and mmm good.

NUTS!!! I love raw cashews and most other nuts. Raw almonds are a bid too dry, so I prefer dry roasted. No salt on any of 'em.

My regular breakfast:

Fruit and/or juice.
Mixed cereals with raw cashews and pecans and dry roasted almonds.
Optional berries, banana or other fruit.
Top witn 2/3 cup plain low fat yogurt + no sugar added fruit preserves on top.
Two cups of serious coffee (fresh ground, drip method).

I'm good until dinner.
