I still need to install some doors and fix a few stones but it is functional.
I also need to clean the appliances since the install.

Grill photos during construction.

How about now? Do the images work?

Thanks

You could have just made the OneDrive images public (I'm assuming they were on OneDrive?).

Other than that - nice kitchen/bar! How's the tap setup? And, only one tap? Boo!

Oh, and I didn't know about the Egg before this thread. Hmm. I thought that was a garbage can at first!

Is it really easier to reach precise temperatures compared to a Weber kettle? I've only tried to smoke once, but I remember having a hell of a time adjusting the air in and out vents to achieve the temps I wanted.

Is it that much easier on the Egg, or is it still just a matter of taking some time to really learn?

I do want it though, I'm sure the ceramic nature of it helps hold and radiate heat in a far superior manner than a standard kettle grill.

What's right next to it? A hotplate/cook top?

Look awesome OP! We've been planning on something similar as well, just saving up the funds to get it going.

I think I will add another tap so I can have 2 flavors on tap. I need to finish this full keg first

I tried two browsers at work; assumed the images were blocked on our servers for whatever reason. Just tried at home - same thing - a big minus sign in the middle of the screen, that it's treating as a picture - I can enlarge it like a picture.

They were up at some point today because Firefox in one of my VMs cached the images and they are still coming up. I tried to pull them up in another VM this evening and the page is blank.

So, if the OP doesn't mind, try these:

Is that just a screened in area? After spending time dealing with falling flowers and leaves in a pool, that sounds like a godsend.

Yes it is a screened in pool area, very common in FL.

Yep, I just don't have the grill setup like that.

Very nice.

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Mines a bit older, and really needs work I guess.

Nice egg.

It gets very hot very quick. I like it. I did buy the rotisserie kit as it has a the burner in the back for it.. Seems a waste if I don't have the rotisserie kit. Over all for the money I think the Grill was a great buy.

Cool, just ordered the rotisserie kit, I think I got pretty much all the little accessories one can get for this grill.

I got the infrared searing burner, smoker box, and a vent plate for the island. They have a pizza stone for their grills, but I've already got a pizza oven from a different company.

I think the searing burner is the only thing I would need as I have the egg for the rest..

Which pizza oven did you go with?

I got the Campchef Somerset IV Four-Burner Stove with their Artisan Pizza Oven 90 Accessory. Each burner is capable of 30k BTU/hr, so it should be good for stir fry with a wok, boiling a big pot of water for corn on the cob, etc.
