Am I missing anything?

I am wanting to build a few machines for my company. They will be used for clerical work using Microsoft Office. The following system may be overkill for just clerical work, but so far it is well within budget....any comments or suggestions??

Asus A7N266-VM (with LAN, Sound & Video)
AMD Athlon XP 1700+ (Retail)
512MB PC2100
Maxtor 6L040L2 (40GB)
Microsoft Natural Keyboard Elite
Microsoft Optical Wheel Mouse
Teac 3.5" floppy
Lite-On 52x CD-ROM
Windows XP Pro

All for around $650....at that price I keep thinking I'm missing something...BTW, I already have the monitors.

Would it be cheaper to go thru Dell for you company?

Do you have multiple licenses for your MS office? If not, include that in the cost.

Microsoft sometimes do audits, my friends company was audited, and they were running around like crazy verifing licenses. I heard one small "mom and pop" company got caught, and was fine $250,000. Thats nothing for big company, but it would kill most small companies.

oh, for few more bucks I would go with Asus CD-rom or catch dell on good day and get the Lite-on DVD drive. Lite-on cd-roms are kinda noisy and hiccups sometimes with certain dye.

Newegg has the CD-rom for 31 shipped, and dell on good day has DVD-rom for 33 shipped.
