Am i really anal to get mad when i see an automatic or V6 mustangs!

This applies to all sport cars. I recently fall in love with mustangs cars. On the streets i love when i see mustangs, but what erks me is when i see the mustang and dont hear it! Wtf!!! I wanna hear the stang not just see it. Why do people buy v6 mustangs when they meant to be loud and fast ass cars. If were driving alone
and i see a stang going the other way and i only see 1 pipe on the back, then yes its a v6! When were at the gas station getting gas and the stang driver is done pumping gas and start up the stang and it sounds lik the taco bell dog barking! wtf! If you ever heard a mustang v8 manual stang or even driven or seat in one while its speeding alone you know why i feel like this.

Depends what you mean by "really angry". If you just see it as a waste, like a hot lesbian (provided you don't get to watch her do anything), then that's pretty normal, and I feel the same... if you really get mad though, or say anything to the owner, then you're taking it too far, imo.

Simple:
V6 is for people who can't afford the insurance that the v8 commands.
Not every American can afford the higher price of the v8 and the added few hundred dollars that they pay for insuring it.

The v6 mustang is a niche vehicle, people like an affordable sporty couple and for most, they are happy with the v6's power and styling

The mustang v8 has it's own niche and is geared to that crowd.

Yep true. I know this is very true. We had a very hard time finding cheap insurance for the covert. 97 stang we HAD kindof. It was very pricey for the type of car and the power that it had. Actually one of my good friends drives a red covert 2000 mustang.. automatic v6 so i dont really dislike the driver just the fact of the mustang being v6. If that makes since ;(

I'm not sure to be honest with you. I think she pays about $450 a month for it but it's a short term loan.

Edit: I can understand getting a little sad or slightly distressed or mildly annoyed or something, but angry? That's a pretty powerful emotion to waste on such a petty thing.

I saw statistics once and somewhere between 60 and 65% of all mustangs made in any given year are V6 and the vast majority of all mustangs are automatic. I think only about 50% of mustang V8's are manual...

I bought my V6, automatic mustang before I knew better.... (before I was 18). The automatic transmission is the smoothest shifting automatic I've ever ridden in, it has no problem out handling most of the nuts on the highway, and it's overall more reliable than the GT.... gets much better gas mileage too....

Next car will be a restored '81 vette 4 speed t-top :beer:
