About your allegations, I told him I had nothing to hide, that he should ask for links and proof from you, and investigate fully.
He told me he asked you for same, and that you responded something along the lines of "you couldn't be bothered, you didn't have the time for all that", and that instead you gave him the names of two posters who you claimed had received egregious treatment from me.
He contacted both, and asked for their stories. One never responded, and the other responded so weakly that Anand dismissed any claim of mistreatment as outright having ZERO basis in fact.

You were so bad that I brought a petition to Anand signed by ALL the active forum Admins except one asking for your dismissal, to be kindly disguised as your resignation so as to not unduly embarrass you, and Anand looked into it and agreed.
When you resigned ahead of that, Anand was relieved and called me with to tell me we'd "dodged a bullet."

Now that the pics have been posted here, how are the comments that were made in them by a Forum Director toward a mod defensible?
It is obvious that a dossier/shitlist/whatever was being kept that noted things outside of the normal forum notes feature and items from that dossier/shitlist/whatever were brought into a discussion about sanctioning the mod.
To me that is an obvious abuse of power and clear indication that personal feelings are being brought into disciplinary discussions. Now, were they acted upon? I don't know, but the fact that they are even brought up is an abuse of power. If they were acted upon then it is an even worse abuse of power.
In either case I believe such actions cannot be defended and should not be acceptable to the admin staff here.

OK so here's the basic story - I won't name any names or go into specifics. BTW my bro (GA) has no motive to lie to bend the truth - he doesn't really care about being banned and doesn't hold any grudges or anything (on Skype with him at the moment).
- GA saw this thread so went on over to the open mod forums to check it out.
- He posted early on in this thread that he was taking a look.
- Many members saw that he was noseying around and PM'd asking if he found anything juicy.
- My bro says the mod forum was completely banal and he didn't find a single interesting thing. There were a couple of anal retentive thread-starters who complained constantly and a couple of users who had a habitual history of bitching about others. I asked him to forward me anything worth having but he says there's really nothing worth looking at.
- In response to some PM's he basically told people how lame it was and there's nothing worth discussing. My bro and Mosh have a bit of a history so they were joking and PM'ing back and forward about some of the lamer users and their hilarious discussions with mods.
- There was nothing malicious and no scheming to take down the system or anything stupid like that. It was completely pedestrian.
- He doesn't think Mosh actually saw or disseminated anything.
He also says that the mods are free to divulge his entire PM history to support all of this - he doesn't really care.
