I've made numerous complaints in Mod Discussions and the answers I got were:
"You are a hardcore troll, your opinion doesn't matter, you get what you deserve, etc."
If my experience is abnormal fine, but if its standard then my suggestion to people here would be avoid using Mod Discussions cuz it just makes you a better target. I noticed after I made a few complaints there I started getting targeted more frequently and for more silly issues.

Sincerely hope other members dont have the same experience.

I feel like the lack of open discussion and the lack of transparency is the biggest problem that people have with the mods. I know it bothers me.

There does need to be transparency here. For a time after Derek took over it seemed as if there was, but since then things have backslid into the mess we have now.

The very act of banning certain members so that they could not reply to the allegations against them is quite damning to the reputation of the mod staff. Not all of them mind you, but some. The same subset, it would seem to me, that have let their personal feelings influence disciplinary actions. Those two things are both very troublesome and should be dealt with as harshly as a member who has violated a major forum rule.

Just my opinion, but I believe many here feel the same.
