All joking aside, I agree with this. You're a gamer, and you like what you like. It gets old listening to certain members on here and other pages trash people because they like a certain style of game or a franchise. At the end of the day, we are all gamers that like our games for different reasons, have fun with it.But if you love it I'm glad for you and I say, more power to you. Don't let anyone else tell you what to love.
45 years old, huh? Sure takes a long time to catch them all.
I'm 26 and played the hell out of Red and Blue, not so much Yellow. I did buy Pokemon Stadium and it was stupid as hell.I played the old school red/blue/yellow games a bit back in the day, but haven't really touched any of the newer ones. It's still the exact same game basically. You'd think after all this time and with the advances in technology they'd have made a more ambitious Pokemon game. Something with a fully explorable 3D world where you can go out and actually catch them. I'm amazed they haven't tried a Pokemon MMO.
3D came along and they gave us, Pokemon Snap and the lame ass Battle Colosseum that was just a tie in with the gameboy versions.
There are 50+ yr. old grown ass women playing farm simulators many hours a day and paying real cash for decorations. Don't listen to the haters, game on son.
