Am I the only one greatly turned off by breast implants?

Real breasts come in all shapes and sizes, just as do fake ones - its rather a large generalization to declare either entire category "good" or "bad" - there are both in each.

Implants can be absurd or tasteful, cheap or quality, well "installed" or poorly and all of these make a difference.
Not every girl that gets implants makes good choices with regard to size/shape and not every gets quality work done.

I have a friend who spent VERY good money on hers and in dailywear clothes I would have never guessed.

And, in addition to avoiding the whole sag issue, with implants they can also fix things other than size while they are at it, which I'm all for.

Nipples not quite how you want (too large, too small, off center, hairy)? No problem, we'll just fix those too!

As for the FEEL?

but you're way off in your assumption. you're Korean right? ask anyone who's living in Korea how prevelant and cheap plastic surgery is becoming. how many Asian girls do you know that have had "eye surgery" on their eyelids to make them look bigger? probably many.

Asian woman are just as superficial as women anywhere in the world.

She has cohesive silicone gel implants under the muscle. Most women get saline. Some go under muscle, some go over muscle. There's a lot of options when it comes to breast implants that can change the way they look and feel.

Huge fake plastic ones don't do anything for me either. If the woman is small chested and wants to go to say a C and it can be done without scaring then I say go for it but those porn stars frequently go too far and then keep having them done over and over going bigger and bigger. They end up with a lot of sag and scaring which looks hideous.

Give me real boobs or give me death!!!

No, I was not serious. But, I believe a women with implants over 39 should definitely exercise and stay in shape. Otherwise, desire will cease to exist.

And I read, a decent-looking man can date/have a relationship with a woman who is half their age starting at age 40 to age 80 (viagra?), thus enjoying the perks (no pun intended) of youthful women and implants from my statement above.

I've been with two women that had breast implants. They may have been different procedures from your girlfriend's. All I know is that, while these two women were gorgeously hot, their boobs felt weird.

Edit: On a side note. Anyone remember the Steve Martin movie LA Story? There was a scene where Sara Jessica Parker's character put Steve Martin's hand on her breast.

He got a funny look on his face and she said, "What's wrong?"

Martin says, "Your breasts feel different."

She responds, "Oh, that's cause their real."

A breast implant can be a definite benefit for the woman as far as clothing and swim wear selection go.

the problem is many go with breasts that are unnatural for their frame. Just like the natural girl with a 30DDDDDDDDD rack, standing all of 4'9" tall looks surreal, so do the fakes.

I really think the breast implant is a god send for women with less that an A or possibly a B cup (if larger in size).

However they should choose the natural breast size they should have had (at most a C).

Most get stars in their eyes and think going D+ will get them every guy they have always wanted but got rejected by over 'size'.

I don't see how ethnicity fits in at all. Come here to hawaii for a week, and you will see just how opposite that statement is. There are a TON of asian woman here with implants! I see them on a daily basis, and 4 asian woman in one of my classes have implants.

I personally don't mind them. My wife and I have had a few discussions about them, but to me they don't warrent the 5k price tag. Id rather have my wife with a B cup then a D and be 5k poorer.
