Might as well, I guess. It's either that or sit around watching TV.Originally posted by: mpitts

Yeah, that's a good point. I'm not really in the mood for flickering lights, light sticks, mind-numbingly loud music, and the occassional drug related shooting...Originally posted by: Whisper
I'm currently 27 and will still go out to clubs/bars with friends when I have the time. As another poster mentioned, though, the type of club has definitely changed.

I kind of thought that it's sad when you graduate from college and still live like you're in school.

21? Is that a state law thing? I've never seen one with an age limit over 18, and even that's very flexible depending on who is at the door.Originally posted by: Atomic Playboy
Most clubs (the only ones you'd want to go to) won't let you in if you're under 21. You think that people only have four viable years to visit these establishments? Balderdash. If you don't like clubbing (personally, I've always hated it), fine, don't go. But don't use the "I'm too old for that" line when you're clearly not. It's false justification. Just say you don't like clubbing and be done with it.
That said, yeah, there is an age at which you are too old to club, but like puberty, it varies from person to person. Pretty much everyone should finish by their mid-30s or they risk looking like a total douchebag.
