A friend just turned me on to this and thought it was worth a bump. I'm sure a lot of people don't like dubstep and that's fine but I really enjoyed the addition of live instruments to it. I also enjoyed the artistry of the videos, it's far better than seeing cut scenes of a band play in front of a crowd.

i just heard of this chick while listening to pandora over the weekend. crystalize came on and the song gave me fucking goosebumps.

i thumbs up'd the song and then 2 other songs of hers came on over the weekend as well and they were just as awesome.

When I was a kid, one of our family friends had a synthesizer keyboard. We used to press the "Demo" button, select a beat, and then randomly improvise on top of it with some other instrument. We thought it sounded great, but it was shit.

Well, her playing is certainly better than ours was, but putting a simple canned beat on top of things does not automatically make them awesome.

I don't understand why people think dubstep + instruments sound good. Dub Step automatically makes everything sound like shit.
