HOT DEAL! If I didnt get that last 256MB viking CF for $55 AR then I would definitely jump on this one. I might anyways.. much better than the crappy Sandisk deals people keep posting. This is the same price AR and it's about double the speed and lifetime warranty!

This is a great deal.

The only worry I have is that the rebate is from Viking *and* it goes to New Rochelle, NY. Both have poor track record for rebates.

For those who don't want to go through the rebate Dell Home has the Sandisk Ultra 512 (2.8 mbps write speed) for $97.33. I wasn't sure if anyone has mentioned it on the forum thus far.

i bought a 256mb CF card last year from amazon for just under $100. This is a very reliable card dont skimp out on cheap memory it will just cause you headaches in the long run. This stuff is top notch.

sandisk might be 2.8mb/s BUT the latency is horrible. i should look for the reviews
