Sometimes I get the royal treatment, sometimes I get the royal runaround from Amazon. The moment I realize I'm chatting with a real person who's behaving like a bot, I clear out out of there and try again hoping to get somebody who has the experience and knowledge to get me squared away in as little time and effort as possible.

The FNG's over there I avoid like they're plague infected. Accessing their knowledge base is like being sent to the Gulag.

I sympathise with Chris's dilemma, common as they are with Amazon's bot infested help desk.
