Thanks for this. Got Fifa12 for $10 using this promotion and the $10 I got for preordering ME3. Unfortunately, the list of titles that the promotion applies to is pretty short. I was hoping I could get older EA NHL, NBA, or MLB games, but they're not available.

Not a bad deal if you're looking for Fifa or PGA, but that's all there is... multiple years of soccer and golf.

That's only for the PC version, since it's completely gimped compared to the console version. By contrast, the PS3 version is 3.5 stars (88 reviews), which isn't bad for a modern Tiger Woods game. The caddies apparently suck, however. Anyway, you're right that the promotional dollars are essentially useless, but I used them anyway to get a free game, even though I'll likely never play it.

I'm not sure why you're bringing up PS3 reviews... this deal clearly states it's for PC/Mac downloads only and the console versions are not part of this sale. It could be a perfect 5 stars, but wouldn't matter because we can't get it for 10 bucks.

Because you said the game was getting 1 stars across the board. I was just clarifying that it wasn't the game itself, just the gimped PC version. Obviously the rest of my posts are clear that the PC versions are gimped, but as I said, I got it for free (as everyone else can too with this deal), so if you're into these golf games it's not a bad deal if you're buying FIFA anyway.

Yeah I definitely wouldn't pay anything for what they're passing off as the PC/Mac versions. But if they're going to give it to me? Might as well. And while I wish I had the full game for free, what I have is fine for the nothing I paid. Also, fwiw, FIFA12 is awesome!

Lol probably true. But to be honest I never play these games online unless it's with a friend. I guess I'm old school...been playing since there was no internet (my first FIFA game was on the Sega Genesis, and before that I played all the soccer games on NES), so I actually like the single-player aspect.
