No, the kindle is normally 79.00 and the paperwhite model is 119.00

I bought an original kindle and loved it. A few months ago I got the new basic kindle and it is a fantastic upgrade (and cheaper than the original). Touchscreen removed the need for a keyboard and the screen is the same size.

Seems like it's back to normal prices again, $79/$119, was hoping it was on sale.
