Has Amazon gone mad? It takes 30 seconds to sign up for this using a different address/apt number - as it's free you can select the pay by check/money order option which negates the duplicate credit card issue.

Let's see, 1 sign up per minute for 1 hour = 60 times $25 =$1500 in gift certificates. No wonder these dotcoms are dropping like flies! Enjoy it while it lasts.

zucchini: for 4x6 prints from 1280x960 (1.3MP) images, on my better pictures i can't tell the difference between digital and conventional film. Most of the time, though, I can see a slight difference. I haven't tried printing anything larger than 4x6, so I don't know how quickly quality degrades as you go to bigger prints. I've heard that 2.1MP cameras are great at 5x7 and ok at 8x10, and above 2.1 you'll probably do fine at any common print size.

argh, well i saw the page to get the gift cert.. was at the bottom of the 1st setup page..i think part 4 it said. I went through parts 1-3 upload/ordering. and now i can't get back to the 1st page with the gift cert entry Somethings wacked

the amazon.com GC can be used for any store, not just the photos. when they say &quot;we'll send you $25 to spend at etc etc&quot; they imply that you should spend it there and assume you will for prints, film, etc.
