Wow nice, that's a killer price!

https://www.amazon.com/Philips-Past...qid=1468409909&sr=8-4&keywords=Phillips+pasta

The company is part of Seattle Coffee Gear, I've had very good experiences with them in the past getting parts and support for my espresso machines, home they come through again.

There's a ramen extrusion attachment, not sold in the US, found a seller in Japan on eBay with free shipping. Wife is going to freak out being able to make fresh ramen noodles.

Just got a refurbished Via Venezia from SCG. Having never ordered from them before, I have no complaints. The unit is in great condition and the price was fantastic. What machine do you use? In any case, huge thumbs up for SCG.

I have 2, a Rancillo Silvia (bought refurbished) and an Ascaso Dream I bought that was all messed up on Craigslist, about $40 in parts, and I got it working great, it's my go to machine, love the retro look of the Ascaso, and it runs like a champ.

I like that Via, nice

Turns out SCG is the official and only refurbisher for Phillips machines in the US, and here's yet another video of Gail demoing one. I love Gail

I read some mediocre reviews of that, but you never really know until you try it. I'm anxious to try Casper's new pillow:

https://casper.com/pillows

"Pillow inside a pillow". I don't like any of my current pillows. I have a memory-foam bed, which is awesome, but I even tried a memory-foam pillow. Meh. The search is still on for me!

Yeah, everyone has wildly different opinions on pillows. I finally bit the bullet when I had some BB&B coupons to get a couple good pillows. I think it was a Tempurpedic one that was on clearance. Since they were clearing stock I don't know if they have it anymore, but the big thing for me was that it wasn't just a solid block of foam. It was stuffed with chunks of foam, and it didn't feel too hot (which all memory foam does for me). It was originally $100 or so, but was on clearance and then the 20% off coupon made it better.

I think it might have been this one:
https://www.amazon.com/Tempur-Pedic...887&sr=8-5&keywords=tempur+pedic+cloud+pillow

Anyway, it makes quite a difference getting good pillows compared to the generic crap I was buying before. I really like them. Not sure they're worth full price, but for what I got them for they were a good buy.

Ended up picking up a 960 GB SSD and some other little item, I think some cat litter, lol. I had some more stuff on watch but I got busy after work and forgot all about it. Oh well, that SSD was a good deal.

The instant pot pressure cooker look like it would make dinners easy. unless:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3CkOunk8fY

So that's the beauty of the IP & the main reason I didn't go with a stovetop model...it has a bunch of electronic safety features built-in:

http://instantpot.com/benefits/safety-features/

It beeps when the lid is properly locked & has a sensor if the unit isn't properly locked down for pressurization, plus it monitors the temperature & pressure on top of that so it can kill both if needed, so you don't have to worry about blowing your roof out

I just installed a 1TB EVO SSD the other day in a buddy's home workstation & transferred a few hundred gigs of files over to it. Amazing what you can buy these days! Samsung just announced a 4TB 2.5" drive as well (although it's $1,500, ouch!)...craziness!

Yeah, I've tried memory foam, memory foam pellets, memory foam with the dip in the middle for your head, plus regular pillows. Hate them all

Not sure if they announced it yet but it's a pretty good guess that Amazon way surpassed their sales number from last year's day. I picked up 5 deal items myself.

A few prepaid sim cards

That's it, gotta save up for a few trips and computer components.

Picked up DOOM, that OCZ 480gb SSD, and the $50 GC yesterday. Only things I really saw worth it.

Got through Prime Day with $15 less dollars in my bank account and one more IP in my kitchen. Not a bad day.

Oh wow - you're serious about it. The Silva is a beastly machine. I've come to like the pressurized filter. No thought required, just push a button and bang! Delicious shots. My counter space is very limited so I had to choose wisely. So far I've got no complaints about the Via. I want it to last a few years until I get a house and gain some more knowledge about making different drinks with it. I can step my game up when all that happens

Gail is good, but my true love is in the form of Morgan over at Whole Latte Love -

Picked up a nice battery backup pack for about $20. Will be great for waiting in lines at comicon next week.

I had to basically distract the wife to prevent her from going on the amazon app yesterday.

This year, Amazon said it racked up its biggest sales day ever on Prime Day, surpassing even Cyber Monday or Black Friday. Orders were up 60% worldwide compared to last year’s Prime Day, itself a record-breaking day, Amazon said.

Picked up a weight tree with chrome bar holders for 27% off from Warehouse. Deals like this don't come along every day on workout equipment.

Whoa! Amazon cancelled one of my orders. That's the first time I've ever had that happen.

We cancelled your order 104-3289040-43xxxxx because it exceeds the quantity limit for that item. Quantity limits are displayed during the ordering process.

We limit the number of orders customers can place for certain promotional or popular items. Customers are not allowed to use multiple accounts to bypass these limits.

My wife bought a bottle of whey protein and asked me to buy more for her on my two accounts. Amazon cancelled one of them. I didn't even know they cared or checked for such things as they've never stopped me before.
