Just like last year (see this thread), Amazon will offer deals for 24 hrs to Prime members. Although not necessarily a big hit with customers (see http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/news/2016/06/30/amazon-prime-day-expectations/86548980/) there were some good deals to be had and Amazon made a ton of money, which, after all, is probably more important to them than how we liked the sale.
