It’s really rare, as the requirements to do seller fulfilled prime are steep. Even if a seller gets accepted to seller fulfilled prime it’s almost always more expensive than doing fba, and amazon watches it like a hawk. If this really was a case of seller fulfilled prime it’s even possible that that this one failure would have the seller blocked from seller fulfilled prime until they submit an action plan.
Edit: I mean it’s more expensive for the seller since amazon gets such great discounts on shipping. And, edit again, I am pretty sure it would still say ships and sold by whoever, not ships by amazon in the case of seller fulfilled prime.
