Amazon customer service is amazing. I don't even have to complain and they apologize and refund my money. Rented a movie to stream a few days ago and had a horrible time watching it on my xbox one prime video app. Was just impossible. Came back to it a while later on my htpc and it streamed fine. Today out of the blue I get an email from amazon apologizing for the terrible video quality on my movie rental and a full refund of the rental fee. I never even complained. I just watched it later when it was streaming better. Somehow they knew there was something wrong and attempted to make it right automatically. Hard to beat that.
