Amazon customer service is amazing. I don't even have to complain and they apologize and refund my money. Rented a movie to stream a few days ago and had a horrible time watching it on my xbox one prime video app. Was just impossible. Came back to it a while later on my htpc and it streamed fine. Today out of the blue I get an email from amazon apologizing for the terrible video quality on my movie rental and a full refund of the rental fee. I never even complained. I just watched it later when it was streaming better. Somehow they knew there was something wrong and attempted to make it right automatically. Hard to beat that.

To reply to you all,no my wife doesn't know how to use Computer,second i did not sign in or requested no membership enrollment nor free trial ,i never use those kinds of services period, i have Kodi that has a gazillion and best movies for free ,

So you admit to stealing movies and then get taken for 100 bucks by a movie streaming company. That was GOD telling you to repent son!

To reply to you all,no my wife doesn't know how to use Computer,second i did not sign in or requested no membership enrollment nor free trial ,i never use those kinds of services period, i have Kodi that has a gazillion and best movies for free ,

If your wife doesn't know how to use a computer how did she end up with an Amazon Chase Visa card?

Sir :thus this bother you? yes i've reached out them and canceled service,all good but i do feel that they should change their way of signing people to this service.
i have signed for other services,that i have to fill out a form with all the info required and authorizing this service,even if people click for free trial how the hell are they assuming people want this service permanently without requiring filling a form the same way i fill out when i order some
other hardware, and i've ordered many from amazon.
You talk as you are part of this Amazon Prime and you are bothered by what i'm saying.
here when someone complain about Amazon or service,if i have something to say ,i just say < I've always ordered from Amazon and all good, no complains >,no not you,you are so disturbed and upset of what i stated here.grow up.

I bet the OP didn't pay attention during checkout or selected the free 2 day shipping option that activates prime.

If someone did sign up for Prime and started using your account then you should see some history of what was done with the Prime membership. I doubt anyone would just sign up and not use it.

defend them all you like ,for me this Prime membership smells bad.

There are millions of Prime members and Amazon customers so either everyone is getting scammed or you are in the wrong. I would wager that you are wrong based on the content of your posts in this thread. Plus, how bad at computers is your wife that she doesn't even shop online? Maybe bad enough to sign up for Prime without knowing? Something about your story smells bad.
