the only people who may have problems are those who are still waiting for other games to ship. i would imagine amazon could contact them and inform them that the jampack will not ship and they must choose another title to keep the deal alive. otherwise they can't just charge you.

Holy crabcakes!! I still had one game pending and it has been in stock since I made my order, the bastiges!! Oh well, time to call Amazon............

Edit: OK, checked my order status, shows 2 games with the jampack removed. However it still shows the -$49.99 being applied. They did take away the $10 coupon though, no big deal. So lets not all get our pantaloons in a bunch until Amazon actually tries to charge our CC's. They are not bastiges yet, I still love them like family.

LOL @ Amazon! I used a Gift Certificate balance to pay for this, and had some $ left over on it at the time...then I ordered the Canon ZR10 and finished my GC balance. Amazon shipped my GTA3 on October 25th, and held my other game up because of the Jam Pack. Now that they've cancelled the Jam Pack, my other game is being prepared for shipment. So now, they adjusted the 'amount' of the GC, but there is no GC balance to draw upon...and they charged my credit card $0.00. Happy ending, LOL.

wtf, I just checked my DMC order, and they got rid of the coupon. I used a debit card, and $95.xx has been put on hold, the exact amount for which I am now being charged for the order. What do I do since the order ships Nov. 24 and I can't cancel it now.

Can I return the games to Toysrus when they come, or can I call them and have them cancel my order before it ships.

My order was shipped Nov 19 without the JamPack. I am getting two games and they are still honoring the $10 off coupon and 3 for 2 deal (in fact, it was reduced by 9.99 because the Jampack was removed).

This deal just got hotter... two games for $44.48 shipped!

just called them. Told them to cancel my order after arguing with them trying to convince them to change the price back to what I originally agreed to.

I'm glad I asked them to ship everything that was in stock two weeks ago. Of course when I did that, they "accidentily" removed my $59.99 coupon and charged the full amount (less Jam Pack) to my CC. But after an email, they credited my CC for the whole $59.99. Now I have an awesome deal, two games for $39.99 + shipping

And last Saturday, I got my order in for a Gamecube. Must be my lucky streak with Amazon

The funny thing is, the JamPack says it ships within 24 hours now. Strangely, you can't add it to your cart though.

BTW, they didn't cancel my JamPack for some reason.

I got my 2 games, Tony Hawk 3 and Metal Gear solid 2 for $46 shipped.

However, they still show my Winter Jam Pack as being shipped sometimes when it comes back in stock.
Weird....

I orderd DMC and 2 JamPacks. DMC arrived in late October. My account history shows nothing pending and my balance paid in full by the buy 2 get one free deal. ZERO charged to my cc... Hmm.... I think I got my for FREE!!!

Did anyone received this cancellation for NFL Blitz 20-02?? Since I took advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free deal and only received two games, I was only charged for a total of $28.97!! Although they stated that this cancellation may affect my promotional offer at the time of purchase, my charge so far is still $28.97 and my order status at amazon states "complete". So I am guessing that I got a 'steal' for 2 games at about ~$15 each!
