Amazon to get more PS2's in on 11/24/00

Just like last week, they have a new picture up with
a new "blue bubble".. This one says "More PS2s available
11/24/00". Of course, the day after Thanksgiving....

Nice post. I played a PS2 at the Mall the other day and I can say without reservation I would buy a Dreamcast in a heartbeat. Plus the deep discounts on QUALITY DVD players recently make the PS2 a moot point. If you have to have one, this seems like a good link. Nice first post.

Yes, very nice. How accurate was the 10/16 one? I didn't pay attention.

If I hadn't just spent $360 on the S100 I'd be all over this Friday morning. Oh well.

It was 100% accurate...Unfortunately, it happened FINALLY around 5:20 CST, when I was on my way home from work.... I must have refreshed that darn screen 12 million times from noon-5.... So much for working that day.. ))

Actually, I'm hoping that most stores are holding stock for that day, and I'll be camped outside my C*rcuit City or Wal-m*rt (Don't know what kind of name dropping bans there are here...) (No B.B. close to my house)

Maverick, why take a DC over a PS2 after playing PS2 at the mall? I think both systems make quality games and I have to say they're quite fun. I think it's sort of neat that PS2 can play DVDs because you can eliminate the purchasing of a DVD player.

Have you played the NHL game yet for the PS2? Madden was visually impressive but not all that fun, and tekken didn't look different from the original playstation versions, but the NHL game is not only fun but the graphics blew me away. This is definitely a more powerful system than the Dreamcast. I don't personally own either, my roommate has the PS2 and a good friend of mine has the Dreamcast, but any experiences I've had tend to be that when a gaming system first comes out the developers don't know how to make the graphics look very good. If they look this good from the launch, then I can only imagine what we'll be seeing in 2-3 years. This system is going to be great, IMHO.
