What should the weight limit be? 200 pounds? 250 pounds? 300 pounds?
I think that we need a poll.
I think the limit before you start getting charged more is when it actually costs more to move you.
Of course, that would make sense. Most people here on ATOT don't actually care about the costs, they just want to punish anyone who weighs more than 50 lbs more than they do.
I think anyone who weighs twice their ideal body weight based on height would be morbidly obese. Then again, some of those small fries, twice their ideal weight might still only be 240-260lbs. That's nothing pleasing to look at for someone who should weigh 130lbs, but not anything people would struggle to lift.
Get over 350lbs, and there should start being repercussions. Unless of course you're a very tall guy.

And how does this help the skinny people? Do they get a cut of the more us fatties have to pay. Also most "Fatties" are on welfare or other means, so who in the hell do you think is going to pay more to transport one of us fatties? Not me, YOU, by higher taxes or ss payments so I thank you, thank you very much. Love the love for us fatties
Of course, the downside to this, is still being a fatty.
Yeah but see, I can, and will be losing my weight, you however will still be an ass hole
The way I see things... (and I know you have a wide array of medical conditions) why did you not stop and think, at any point in time where you started thinking you probably weigh more than you should, that it would be a good idea to start slowing down your weight gain and begin losing some?
People are weigh 400lbs+ did not get that way overnight. It was a slow process. By the point one reaches 300lbs (say, for example, on a body frame that 180lbs is ideal), why wouldn't that individual look at themselves and say, "I need some help, I'm losing myself and I've got no control."
I see some disgusting people waddling on campus, and did in high school too, people my age... I cannot ever see myself reaching half of their size and NOT stopping to look at myself and go "alright, this has to stop..."
It's a discipline issue. And what's worse, people get this way and still expect everything to be provided to them. They have no worry about letting themselves go and reach that point because they know they'll still be provided for. It's a disgusting loop of failure.
Obesity is the classless health analogous comparison to inner city economic conditions. Individuals and generations of people getting into a vicious loop of not caring, not daring to reach for better standards, because they don't care and are comfortable enough with the knowledge that the government is there for them.
I'd LOVE for life to still be a physically demanding chore that forced people to keep up or perish. We'd be a better species, and less of a strain on resources.
