The main reason i am getting it is because, rumor has it that most will do 2.6 ghz no problem.
and 2.7-2.8 is possible with out getting too fancy.
At that speed they supposedly benchmark in sandra like an FX-57/fx-55, and do Super PI 1M in the 32 second range.
I am still looking for Game bench's..
But it does look pretty good for single threaded apps.
Not sure how the biostar board overclocks. I plan on using that for the overclocked Sempron that will be moving out of my curent set up.
I moved from an Athlon XP @ 2.2 ghz to a 2800+ sempron @2.4 gig. It was a nice bump.
