No no, here's what I'm thinking of for my next power rig:

Next-gen R300 or NV30 video, dual Opteron processors, RAID mb, 15K SCSI HD, 64-bit Windows, and maybe some 64-bit apps to play around with (if you'll notice, The Inq mentions that AMD told them that "practically all" software vendors have shown interest in Hammer, which hopefully means some useful 64-bit apps in the next 1-2 years).

That dream may come true to me.

After 4 years of undergoing financial slump, my father's business is picking up again and he agreed to hand me about 7 grand (CDN, though) of cash to get myself new computer goodies. w00t!!!

Edit: Well, I can't afford 3 UXGA LCD monitors for that money but I could build a couple of super rigs.
