don't know if a driver is responsible for this but
is there a way to stop this behavior?
http://www.reddit.com/r/APUsilicon/comments/2g3w8s/my_problem_with_the_a107850k/First thing I noticed right off the bat, the CPU throttles, badly. When the iGPU comes under any load the CPU throttles down to 3.0Ghz, no matter what overclock settings you have configured, no matter what energy saving options you have disabled. This of course presents an issue while doing most gaming. I installed the R7 250 and configured dual graphics and still, the CPU would throttle. The only way I found to not make it throttle when gaming is to install a discrete graphics card as primary and not use dual graphics, which nullifies the benefits.
