Not so simple. Gregster had to force high quality on NCP for AF to work in BF4, Project Cars also had lower quality, which also seems that AF wasn't working with default NCP settings.
EDIT: AFAIK what Gregster fixed with the monitor setting was the washed out colors, not the AF problem with default NCP.

Also noticed a lower IQ when he installed is 980 Ti, he had to force high quality to minimize the IQ difference (didn't mention BF4), although in GTA5 AF still doesn't seems to be working.
Resuming, some users when changing from AMD to Nvidia using a driver cleaning tool (no OS reinstall) and installing a very recent Nvidia driver, the NCP at defaults bugs out and AF doesn't work at least on some games. AF needs to be forced for it to work.
This is what I gather from all the information available.
The big problem is that this bug might occur on reviews if they don't reinstall the OS and go for the fast option of using a driver cleaner.
Reviewers I know use different harddrives or use disk images. Issues going between AMD and nvidia are pretty well known, just post a question on any tech forum, "what do I need to do switching from AMD to nvidia". You will be told to totally remove the old drivers and people will offer several methods for doing this.
Having to switch back and forth over and over for reviews is time consuming and a hassle, this is why having two identical drives comes in handy: one for nvidia and one for AMD. Another option is disk imaging or separate partitions.
Anyway, you are trying to make this into something much bigger. One person having an issue is now time to question all reviewers and their techniques.
Gta5 isn't even an issue that involved switching between AMD and nvidia. The AF blur effected my PC after the latest patch. I haven't had an AMD card in this PC ever. The stranger thing here is that I have just post about this and we have in the discussion links of this known issue. It is not an AMD to nvidia card issue.
You seem to want to believe and throw out the things that go against this vision you have in your head. You see only what you want.
We have had many many people across several forums run bf4 and the AF is just fine with the NCP on its default settings. Surely some of these people have had an AMD card before. As a matter of fact, a person with an AMD card had the same issue. Which indicates, this is most likely something related to the game itself.....just like gta5 for me after the update.
By the way, you don't even have to put the NCP in highest quality to fix gta5, you only have to select 16x AF in the control panel instead of "let the application decide". This may be all gregster needs to do to fix his Bf4 issue, i checked bf4 myself and didn't have his issue so I can't try it myself.
Or he might try totally uninstalling BF4 then reinstall and or safe mode driver sweepers. But if the issue comes back every time he uses his fury card, he might should submit a bug report. The thing is though, others are not having the same issue.
But you take this so much further. You suggest that this might be some huge revolutionary discovery and that reviewers might be effected and this might skew nvidia card results. That is a lot of nights, based on some very very limited information, your imagination has ran wild. The thing is, you can't help to notice the difference. It stands out like a pink elephant in your bedroom. A kid could tell the difference, literally.
