Look they still have in stock aswell the seller's name is miners surplus they have tons of used HD 7850 cards from a mining business they were going to start up but never really worked out so they just selling it out cheap. So i can't complain, if I sell it back in a year time I will get back what I paid for it LOL so was a steal. I gonna save up for a R9 280 because these prices are just coming down.

I would prefer if AMD stopped bluffing that these are partner promotions and officially cut prices and be done with it. Everybody knows that partners are not losing money and that AMD is price protecting them. AMD can stop this bravado talk and just accept that Nvidia's Maxwell products are putting them under a lot of pressure. When the GTX 960 launches its going to get even worse. So AMD should try and sell as much of existing R9 280X stock at USD 229 before the GTX 960 launches at USD 249 and pummels it. Frankly there is not much AMD can do till they have a substantially improved GCN architecture (perf, perf/watt and perf / sq mm). Hopefully they can deliver extremely competitive R9 3xx series GPU products otherwise 2015 is going to be a lot more painful. :biggrin:

Those are not great prices.

That exact HIS 280 was $153 on Newegg, the MSI Gaming 280 was $156.
That exact PowerColor 270 was $100 on Newegg just 2 weeks ago.

It actually is because unlike you, many of us happen to live outside the US and are not allowed to shop on newegg and yes they do go out of their way to find out if you have a non united states credit card and they block you from purchasing anything from them.

They don't even care if you have a US credit card but you are traveling in Europe etc they will still block you.

Not sure whats the financial gain by Newegg doing this however Amazon is the richest online seller so kudos to them for accepting international credit cards.

Click, tell us about a lower price and enter the data from Newegg or anywhere else you found a better price online.
