hey, Newegg has the 3700x in stock just bought one. Strange did not see it listed under CPU's but did a google search and the page came up.

Good hunting. 3900x chips are flying off the shelves. I wonder how long before Best Buy sells out.

edit: Best Buy now lists availability as "getting more soon". Hmmmm

Newegg is still sold out. I don't think they're bringing any more to the table today.

Amazon doesn't exactly have a great track record with launch CPUs and motherboards... they missed the boat on Zen 1, Zen+, and the three past Intel launches. I wouldn't expect much from Amazon.

I pre-ordered my 1800x from them. It actually arrived. They hosed my C6H pre-order though. They oversold and then promised me a unit in 30 days or something. Grr.

Mine is a itx using a MSI B450i gaming plus...only reason I did not get the 3900x chip was did not know how the motherboard would handle it and the heat.

Watching the hype in here kind of reminds me of this video. He had to go to the future to get this thing. It will be you poor guys waiting for ups and Fedex hoping ya can do the same thing. I can't blame the ones who rush on over to a Frys or Microcenter even if its a trip. If i was buying too i would be making a 90 mile trip to the nearest Frys myself today but alas i am saving my money for a potential Navi upgrade!
