I'll tell you what I use:
Right now I'm @ 3950 MHz with 1.3625v vcore and level 3 LLC. It only droops a teeny weeny bit on my X370 Taichi and is generally stable. I run 1.175v VDDRC_SoC also with level 3 LLC. I have DDR4-3466 14-14-14-28-1T with 1.42v vDIMM and .710v VTT_DDR. I run VPPM and 2.50VPROM_Voltage at 2.6v each. I run +1.8voltage @ 1.9v. My VDDP is 1.05v.
You might not want your voltages that high but you can experiment with it if you like, see where it gets you. Sounds like you wouldn't need that much SoC voltage. Also I don't recommend letting the CPU get too far above the low 70s.
