ECC, Eurasian Economic Commission is a regulatory body similar to Korean KCC or US FCC regulators. Before any products enters the market it needs to be certified. This applies to all electronic devices, including graphics cards.
AMD VEGA 20 with 32 GB HBM2
If you still remember, we were the first to tell you about Vega 20. Unlike Vega 10, Vega 20 is said to have four HBM2 stacks, which enables 32 GB capacity. According to the list from ECC, Vega 20 is currently only expected as GLXT variant, which means Radeon Pro/Instinct series.
AMD VEGA 11, 12
This is the first trace of Vega 11, a GPU we discussed a few weeks ago. It’s a smaller Vega chip for mid-range segment. Based on the charts we posted it was meant to replace Polaris, however that was a long ago, so the plans could’ve changed. The list below lists Vega 11 XT and Vega 11 PRO for AIBs, which basically mean custom cards based on Vega 11. There’s also an entry for FirePro card.
There’s also one entry with Vega 12 XT, a model listed as FirePro card.
AMD VEGA 10 XTX, XT and XL
Finally, the list confirms rumored codenames for upcoming Radeon RX Vega lineup. The XTX variant will launch as a liquid-cooled card, but it will also be available with air cooling. The XTX variant has higher TDP than XT, which is also listed below.
Vega 10 XL is the last variant listed. It’s the card for AIBs and OEMs.

Live testing summary:
Live testing summary:
- Time Spy Graphics = 6785 pts
- Fire Strike Ultra Graphics = 5091 pts
- Doom Vulkan 4K Ultra @ 55-65 FPS
- The Witcher 3 @ 28-35 FPS at 4K Hairworks on / 41-42 FPS with Hairworks off (80 C running the game)
- Troubles OCing past 1650 MHz with the blower
- Tried to OC HBM, starts at 945 MHz, managed 960 MHz stable and at 980 MHz it got too hot
- Tester says you won't be able to OC without additional cooling, thermal throttling (80-85 C)
- Tester put 2x 80 mm fans to help (open air case) and it was down to 75 C
- Tester doesn't think it will touch the 1080 Ti performance-wise, only 1070-1080s
- Mining: 30-35 MH/s
- Cinebench R15 OpenGL: 97.39 FPS
- Initial testing done using Pro drivers, then switched to the Gaming drivers and performance didn't change
- Card initially operate at 1348-1528 MHz in gaming mode running The Witcher 3 (37-42 FPS), then after retesting it was back to 1650 MHz max (and delivered the same 42 FPS as Pro mode)
- >300W for the card
- EVGA P2 1200W Platinum Power Supply + Ryzen R7 1800X CPU
Videocardz poster has one and is testing it right now. Klaudiusz Kaczmarzyk da real MVP:
FireStrike test in game mode (pro mode does not make sense), frequency on GPU all over the place, I am trying to hard set it to 1600 and on the next run, as of now score is not impressive. But colud be my fault. guys, let me try to set it correctly as i never used Wattman and this card is fresh in. I am running as well just 550W PSU which could be problem as well. I keep trying
Guys,
I need to figure out all of the settings and what to test as I think I am doing random things and I have card for couple of hours. Let me try to get my head around it and I will let you know as soon as possible.

This will be interesting. So far, benchmarks put it up against the Titan XP rather than a Quadro, which is somewhat telling with the Radeon Pro branding (not FirePro). I would assume that a Quadro would perform better in SPEC benches than the Titan... but as far as pricing goes, they are looking to steal some of Titan's thunder for sure.
