59*C is not 13% warmer than 52*C.
You're right of course, you need to use scientific units. 52C is 125.6F, while 59C is 138.2F, so it's really only 10% warmer.

That cooler should work extremely well on Zen processors.

It is 2,75% warmer using scientific units.
The real news is that they intend on shipping Zen.
It's just good AMD is starting to work on the potential pitfalls Zen may face now.
