Running a retail newcastle 3500+ (skt 939) with stock cooling...temperaure is 46-48 deg when doing light tasks(49 deg now) and reaches 54deg when i play, is it ok or should i think of changing my cooler?

i've got mine running at 35 idle and just over 40 at load. but i'm also using arctic silver 5 and a thermaltake heatsink/fan.
