I know it is part of the MOU, just isn't really enforced, no one is forcing people to take vacation. I don't know of any person who has ever been forced to take vacation.

The fact that the paternity test bans only apply to France does not invalidate the criticism of Eurozone, especially considering that the rest of them have been deafeningly silent on the issue. Calls to several Presidential Libraries reveal that no President can come close to Bushs 1,020 days on vacation in an 8 year period. Even Lyndon Johnson, who spent 484 days at his ranch in Texas and at Camp David during his presidency, came in under Bushs vacation time. Some claim the cost of Bushs frequent trips to Crawford, Texas cost taxpayers upwards of $20 million, but the numbers are hard to confirm.

Funny thing is we are suppose to have a cap of 640 hours here, but it isn't enforced and we have people with over 2000 hours
I think some times these people get an Email asking them to try to take some more vacation, but nothing is actually done to enforce it.
