That was a great movie. The part that sent him to prison still makes me shiver when I think about it. I have heard of "sidewalk stomping" before, but never seen it done. *Shiver*
That's an awful obtuse, oversimplified view of that movie...so let's see:
Life Is Beautiful <-- about Nazis
Saving Private Ryan <-- about Nazi's/WW2
Requiem For A Dream (likely to get at least a best actress nod) <-- About Drugs and sex
Godfather <-- About the mafia
Marathon Man <-- about NeoNazi's
i've only seen saving pr. it was against neo-nazi's it portrayed them as the bad guys which is a good thing, but focusing a movie on neo-nazi's themselves? I'll have to rent it to understand it.

You have to SEE the movie before making judgements on it. Listen, I'm a black dude raving about this film...that should tell ya something...
yeah alpha...you need to rent it first. movie bashing before you've actually seen it is a big no-no in my book.
for all those that havn't seen this movie, you need to get your ass to a videostore right now. it could be argued that the movie oversimplified edward norton's/edward furlong's transformation, but that movie should have been best picture of '98. very touching and emotional.

Yes, it was oversimplified, but that was probably in the interest of time. The movie mainly focused on Derek's transformation. But STILL a great movie.
I think he won best supporting actor in Primal Fear.
Yeah, I think he should have won best actor in AHX too.
Damn good film, If I have kids they better watch this movie.
wait, maybe I don't want to have kids after watching this
is this movie REALLY graphic? it doesn't have too much gore does it? and the nudity thing, theres not a lot of it right? My parents will probably watch it with me
