He was a big downer for the show. It was people like Howard Stern who urged listeners to vote for Sanjaya to make a mockery of the show that kept him on.

He needs to tone it down one notch. We get it Danny, you're gay. That's cool and all, but don't let that be the first thing people associate you with on Idol.

lyrically wise he wasn't bad at all, but that's because I've heard street performers give better performances than the rest tonight.

Archuleta actually made today's episode worth watching, if only to the contrast between pure amateurs and someone who can sing

My opinion is that Robbie and Jason should be going home. Both were absolutely terrible. David and Chikezie were the only ones that i actually liked tonight. *shrug*

I actually didn't think he was that bad tonight either. I kinda like his attitude. Gives me something to look forward to I suppose.

My favorite 3 as of right now though are David Archuleta (amazing!), Chikezie Ezi, and David Hernandez.

Oh yeh, he did a genius rendition of Imagine, and the kid is so... so.... virginal. It's like this is a whole new experience for him and he is just in awe of it all. It's refreshing to see.

I think overall Robbie, Jason (Yaeger), and Luke Menard are the most deserving of the axe.

While Archuleta is indeed the best singer this year, I felt like the show's producer added some reverb to make his voice sound even better today, something that they did not do with the other competitors. Part of me feels like this is rigging the competition a little.

Chikezie and David Hernandez were the best tonight ... until David Archuleta sang . He is definitely the one to beat.

I think Jason Yeager and Jason Castro should go after last night's performances. I actually like Robbie Carrico, but he needs to step it up if he's going to stay much longer. David Cook does a much better job being the "rocker" guy.
