Nah, I think Kristy's got more to offer as long as she finds a core identity to stick to. That and she's the best looking one left.

Overall I think the lineup is pretty damn good, these next few weeks are going to be very entertaining. Amanda (I think), the "rocker chick", will be around for a while if she continues to find songs like the last two weeks. Or maybe just this last week. She's got a strong voice and she's passionate about her music.

The thing i don't like about Amanda is that it seems like she doesn't give a shit any other time. Like, the judges give her their opinions and she just stares at them blankly. It's like she doesn't care if she's even there or not most of the time.

I'm not looking for her to be excited every second, but she her personality (or lack thereof) sucks IMO.

I was actually kind of shocked that Danny got voted off. I was thinking he would be the Sanjaya for this season. Anyway I am glad he is gone.

As far as Amanda I've noticed that too. Sometimes when the judges are giving her comments she stares at the floor. She looked like she didn't care tonight when she was put in the top 12. Also when they show the line up before the show everyone is smiling and she is just standing there. I don't see her sticking around much longer.

The thing I don't like about Amanda is that she sounds like shit, yet the judges are telling her it's their favorite performance of the last 3 weeks and that it was fantastic. She moves like a drunk homeless man on the stage, and her voice is so coarse it's painful to listen. I've hated people on American Idol in the past, but I can still see why the judges liked them (different strokes for different folks), but with this Amanda chick, I just cannot see what people like about her. She has a nice body, but that's about it.

Ramiele sang Against All Odds. Asia'h sang "Wanna Dance with Somebody" by Whitney Houston. I thought she did a great job with it, and I think she's been one of the more consistent female contestants over the past few weeks. I was shocked that she got voted off over Kristy Lee Cook, who at this point only has her looks going for her. Her rendition of Faithfully was terrible.

Except Danny can actually sing. I've been annoyed by his "diva"-ness, but I thought his personality and uniqueness would carry him into the later rounds. I was also shocked that he left this week, especially since Chikezie performances have been so weak (with the exception of last week). We'll see how long Chikezie lasts in the top 12.

I agree 100 percent. I liked her performance this week, but I think she's been terrible every other week. I'm looking forward to one of the theme nights in the later rounds when she's required to actually sing.

yeh, Danny was too flamboyant for my taste... good riddance, and Luke was a good one to hit the road. he was totally a high school musical kind of singer.

i didn't like seeing Asia'h go. she has that husky sexy voice thing going on.

Simon pretty well sealed the deal for Katy. His comments helped give her the boot.

Chikezie did really rock the house. It was the first time in a long time that I thought, "I'd like to listen to that again".

David Cook sounded like a real rock band front man tonight. I'm really starting to like him. I heard some similarity to Brett Scallions in his voice tonight.

Getting tired of Amanda Overmyer sounding the same in every song she sings. She can kickass, but only one ass, not a variety of asses.

David Archuleta really did poorly, but he'll have a chance to redeem himself next week.

Please Brooke White, hold the tears. It makes you look totally premenstrual every week. You have that Carly Simon thing going on -- it's all good for you.

She got lucky the judges are so dumb and can't tell a one-trick pony when they see one. Of course, that kristy girl with that horrible country rendition of.. what song was it? Can't quite remember. All i remember was how horrible it was.

And the stripper kid was bad too.

The irish girl and the little david kid are the best, even though he messed up.

she still is not that good. I just watched it again and she goes off too often. Too little control to be a pro. She isn't the worst, but to say she is among the best is silly. And one can put all the emotion they want into a performance, if you are sour, you are sour. And if you are sour, you aint a pro.

Meh, I'm pretty harsh on these people, and I think she did a good job.

Chikezie was the best tonight. Carly Simon was great. Brooke was good. I expected more out of Michael Johns. David Archuleta did the worst.

I'm surprised Amanda Overmyer didn't do Helter Skelter, so I'll give her credit for not doing the obvious, but she still has zero chance.

Archuleta flopped. He'll recover.

Brooke White, Let it Be is too big for her.

Carly Smithson stunk.

Castro was okay.

Ramiele is going home.

The rest I don't even remember.
