That was really tough, how the heck did you guys get 96%+. Ah well, at least I didn't get the lowest score so far and I beat the Australian.

The national anthem of the United States is:

Crocodile Rock <-----------------------------------ROFLMFAO !

The Star Spangled Banner

America the Beautiful

Advance Australia Fair

Man, some of those questions are ambiguous. They should have said who NOMINATES Supreme Court justices instead of chooses, cause choose has a very loose meaning. Could be the president, could be Congress.

Oh, and 91.36%.

I thought the question about Billy Joel writing the national anthem was pretty funny.

96.69.

I was suprised at how simplistic the test was. I had hoped that prospective citizens would have a more difficult entry test. I guess they have to keep it easy for the large number of uneducated immigrants we let in.

What freed the slaves?

13th amendment isn't an option, and technically the emancipation proclamation did nothing other than make the civil war a war over slavery.

23) What is the job of the Executive Branch?

Anyone get this right? I didn't think any of the answers were right?

Executive branch enforces the law.

Unless, of course, you're GWB. Then you just attack other sovereign nations.

Me runs to get a fire extinguisher..... ---> :Q

Oh, 89.71%. How should I know what INS form is required to become a naturalized citizen? Is this common knowledge that I missed out on somewhere?

Whoever wrote that test needs to do some studying. The first American colonists did not arrive on a ship called the Mayflower nor were the first colonists reason for coming religious freedom.

They might be from Australia, but it looks like they went to US public schools.

19.
What did the Emancipation Proclamation do?
Finished the Civil War
Freed many slaves
Started the Civil War
well that question doesn't have the right answer... the right answer is that it made the war ideological and kept france and britain out of the war on the side of the south...

What were the thirteen original states called?
Colonies.
Forts.
States.
Native American cities.
well they were called states, before that they were called colonies, but when they were states they were states.

53.
What freed the slaves?
The Bill of Rights
The Constitution
Emancipation Proclamation
well knowing the previous question, they want one answer, but the correct one is the constitution.

55.
Where does freedom of speech come from?
The Constitution
The Bill of Rights
The Declaration of Independence
i'd prefer to think that it comes from the general will, but i guess the appropos one is the bill of rights

94.75. how the heck am i supposed to know what INS form is it?
