That's what you say until you're hit by a natural disaster or some sh!t-ass 3rd world little terrorist starts to stomp on you then you come beggin' and pleadin' for help like a little whiny-ass 8 year old.

Nobody likes America until they need muscle or money.

It's funny how we American's don't mind pitchin' in to help with manpower or money when the sh!t hits the fan and nobody seems to mind. However I don't see many other countries stepping up very often to help anyone in the USA when disaster hits here.

Just my opinion and it doesn't matter to anyone but me.

As for 3rd world terrorists, no problems here. In fact our greatest risk is from our support for the US. Not mentioning, of course, how we helped out during the Iran crisis...oops

We've only been involved in defeding our land once in our history and guess who was the perpetrator/aggressor. We did have a little scuffle on the seas with Spain a few years back, and Spain backed down!

While I like being Canadian, and like the fact that the US has more handgun deaths in a day than we'll have in a year (not that ANYONE should be getting shot!) We have our share of poopiness, like our much higher taxes, higher fuel prices, and lots of bad American TV.
There's good lookin' women everywhere (not that I'm looking, sweetie... put down the frying pan!) and skilled, polite, good-natured people everywhere. There's also the lazy, loud, rude, obnoxious, pimples-on-the-butt-of-society in every country as well. There's just no winning, eh?

A true story...

I was walking through downtown Victoria last summer when I saw to people get out of a car with Washington plates (Incase you don't know, Victoria is in British Columbia just north of Washington). Remember now that this was during to summer, it was a clear day and it was about 86 F.

They were dressed head to toe in ski gear and had skis on top of their car. They then asked me where the ski slopes were. After a few seconds (I was really confused) I said that there are know ski slopes in Victoria. The closest ones are about 100 miles away, and this is SUMMER!!!!! There is no snow during the summer, sorry. They then said &quot;oh...well we figured that since we were coming to Canada we might as well go skiing. Thanks.&quot;

Now how dumb does someone have to be to think that if it's sunny where you live and then you drive north for a few hours that it's going to be below freezing?

And to think people like this control the world's largest nuclear arsenal!!!!

Muerto... something similar happened to one of my teachers. A couple from North Carolina came up to Kenora, Ontario in the middle of July, and asked him where the ski slopes were, and he said it was 10 miles down the road. They talked for a while, then left down the road.

He said it was the most hilarious thing he'd ever seen

Here's a story that my mom told me...

When she was 16 she was camping in Montana. One night she met a girl from New York (I think) and they started talking. My mom asked her if she wanted to go horse back riding the next day. The girl from New York said sure, but that she wasn't very good. My mom said that was ok cause she wasn't very good either. The girl from New York replied:
