Yeah, I could easily work off the 2,310 calories from a Baskin Robbins Heath Bar shake in only about 7.5 hours of exercise.

And you are what...18...23 at the oldest? Come back and say that after you hit 25-30.
Yea that's probably true, but if you exercise at 25-30, your body's metabolism will still stay relatively high
The thing is that most people stop exercising at that age
I was a skinny ass mofo until about 22...and I ate a lot of junk. I didn't change my diet and by the time I was 26 I was a a bit chubby. I've taken it back now at 28...but diet plays a massive part once you stop growing.
