Is the Cypress chipset that much better than any others? I picked up a PowerSpec aluminum 3.5" enclosure for $24.99 at MicroCenter and it's pretty darn fast.

If that's anything like the one I bought for twice the price but with USB 2.0 and Firewire...

PRO: Keeps your HDD MUCH cooler than any fanless enclosure, yet is just as quiet.

CON: Power switch is miniscule and flimsy.

Besides wishing for a better power switch, I'd still buy one if I needed it.
