You know nothing about this subject. You are going to sit here and say that the arabs that call themselves Palestians are the decendents of the people who were there when the ROMANS conquered Israel. They came from other Arab countires. Most Israelis are Jewish. Are you saying that they aren't true decendents of Judaism?

Oh right, I'm sorry- only YOU know about the history of people. I forgot that the Palestinains are really not Palestinians, just random foreign Arabs in disguise who quickly moved into the region before resolution 181 so they can be a thorn in Israel's side.

The Palenstians always caused trouble. In 1947 The United Nations Special Commission on Palestine (UNSCOP) recommended that Palestine be divided into an Arab state and a Jewish state. The Jews accepted the UN decision, but the Arabs rejected it. During the period before Israeli independence was declared, two armies of Arab irregular volunteers, let by Haj Amin El Husseini in the Jerusalem area, and by Fawzi El Kaukji in the Galilee, placed their fighters in Arab towns and conducted various aggressive operations against the Jewish towns and villages. n Jerusalem, Arab riots broke out on November 30 and December 1 1947. Palestinian irregulars cut off the supply of food, water and fuel to Jerusalem during a long siege that began in late 1947

That still doesn't explain the justification for Israel to invade other parts of Palestine.

It was called Palestine because ROMANS invaded Israel and named it that. Not arabs. It is not the arabs land. They call themselves Palestians because they came from Arab countries and immigrated to Palestine and therefore called themselves that because they lived there.

And you do know something about the subject? All I know is that the Jews LEFT the Holy Land, moved to Europe and other places, and then came back in 1948, invading land that wasn't theirs in the first place.

Who's land is it then?

The Israelis LEFT the land the land, so the Palestinians basically inherited it. If someone leaves a house and says you can have it, are you expecting them to invade you when they come back?

I don't know where you get the idea that all Isrealis left...

So the Israelis who conquered some land in ancient times and called it Israel are nto really Israelis. They came from Egypt so they are EGYPTIANS.

OK. That doesn't make them not the original people who lived there. We could call black white and it would still be black.

Ok...I get that part.

Doesn't change the fact that there was a Palestinian state established before it was divided up. I'd be pissed, too, if my country was split up.

If you guys want to defend terrorists, then go right ahead. That is what Palestians are. Israelis live in fear everyday because of them. They are only in peace further into Israel. Wherever there isn't Palestians things are fine. I have family members who were just in Israel 2 weeks ago and they were in the area away from the Palestines, and they had a wonderful time.

One mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter. Besides, one could say that Americans were terrorists during the Revolutionary War. Oh, thats right. We weren't, because we are AMERICAN.

Palestine was the name of the land/area - there was no country that was called Palestine back then...

During the seventh century (A.D. 600's), Muslim  Arab armies moved north from Arabia to conquer most of the Middle East, including Palestine. Muslim powers controlled the region until the early 1900's. The rulers allowed Christians and Jews to keep their religions. However, most of the local population gradually accepted Islam and the Arab-Islamic culture of their rulers. Jerusalem became holy to Muslims as the site where, according to tradition, Muhammed ascended to heaven after a miraculous overnight ride on his horse Al-Buraq. The al-Aqsa mosque was built on the site generally regarded as the area of the Jewish temples.

Ah the true true colors revealed:

"If you guys want to defend terrorists, then go right ahead. That is what Palestians are"

It all boils down to an inner prejudism... this person was indoctirnated to believe all Palestinians are terrorists. That's tragic...

From Tinker's history source:

After the Egyptian empire crumbled, Hebrew tradition states that 12 tribes of Jews from Egypt conquered the area about 1000 B.C.E. The

Thus, if we apply Tinkerhell logic, Israelis are not actually Israelis- they are EGYPTIANS
