I did his recipe but I used an old school cast iron waffle iron to make them. I almost orgasmed while eating those things....

hmm, whip cream and maple syrup does sound really good - I never tried that combo. I usually put butter and maple syrup. but next time I want to try with whip cream. Homemade whip cream - of course!
