I need to destroy my notebook keyboard.
All that needs to be done is to render the keyboard utterly inoperative but leaving the rest of the computer functioning.
I was thinking of spilling water on it, but that might also fry the motherboard or other stuff underneath. Opening up the notebook and cutting the connection is too obvious.
It also has to look like it failed due to prolonged use, not sabotage.
